I started Funded in 2017. Business has been going from strength to strength, purely through word of mouth. This gives me confidence that customers are delighted. I strive to be fun, relaxed, and professional. 

Mortgage Broking is rewarding because I’m helping people; every customer I have refinanced has saved a lot in interest — in some cases several thousand dollars a year. I’ve also helped many customers into their first home, which is one of the biggest and most exciting purchases of a lifetime.

I have considerable personal financing experience, having bought a dozen properties over the years. Combine this with customer service experience gained in some of the world’s leading hotels and airlines and I’m well equipped to exceed your expectations.

The first property I purchased, in 1998, was an old weatherboard cottage at 10 Watkins Road, Baulkham Hills. The purchase price was $180,000 which doesn’t sound like much now, but back then I couldn’t quite afford it. My brother bought a 1/6th share, which I later bought back off him. He owned the house next door and our aim was to combine and develop the sites. After much research we found a builder and lender and we constructed 8 x 3 bedroom townhouses on the two blocks.

Buying property is not always easy, but it can be enormously rewarding. Getting a more competitive deal on your finance contributes to greater wealth, which ultimately makes life easier.
