We recently engaged the services of Bryce from Funded. We were delaying our decision to purchase our home due to uncertainty surrounding our ability to gain finance. We had all the fundamental criteria and funds but were hesitant due to our ages. We were both over 60 years of age and just not confident that we would be able to secure finance.

I first heard about Bryce and Funded from a good friend of mine who’d obtained his own mortgage with Bryce’s help. I live in Tasmania, and happened to be in Sydney for the weekend when I was looking for a broker, so we met and discussed things in person. Since then Bryce has guided me through and worked his magic on two purchases for me in Tassie. The geographical distance between us has presented absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Finally in a position to buy our first Australian house, we took a recommendation from a friend to chat to Bryce about being our broker. After our first chat (possibly even the first text) I knew we had found the broker for us.
